The 4th arrondissement
The 4th arrondissement is a historical and highly touristic neighborhood of Paris. It gathers a part of the Cité island with the cathedral Notre Dame and the Saint Louis island, but also on the right bank the Hotel de Ville (city hall of Paris), Beaubourg (Pompidou) Center, many pedestrian streets and old mansions up to the Vosges Place.
Celebrities : Victor Hugo lived in a house at the Vosges Place.
